You need Minecraft Java Edition version 1.12.2 and Minecraft Forge for 1.12.2 installed on your computer. Make sure Java is properly installed on your system.

Make sure you have Java 8 or later installed on your computer. You can check by opening a terminal or command prompt and typing java -version. If Java is not installed, download it from the official Java website.
Visit the official Minecraft Forge website and download the installer for Minecraft version 1.12.2. Run the installer and select "Install Client" to set up Forge on your system. This creates a new Forge profile in your Minecraft launcher.
Open the Minecraft Launcher, select the Forge 1.12.2 profile from the dropdown menu, and launch the game once. This creates the necessary "mods" folder in your Minecraft directory. After the game loads to the main menu, close it.
Go to our download page and download the Jenny Mod Java Edition file (Fapcraft.1.12.2.v1.1.jar). Save it to a location you can easily find.
Navigate to your Minecraft mods folder. On Windows, press Win+R, type %appdata%\.minecraft\mods and press Enter. On macOS, go to ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods. On Linux, navigate to ~/.minecraft/mods.

Common issues and their solutions when installing Jenny Mod.
Make sure you placed the .jar file in the correct mods folder and that you are using Minecraft Forge 1.12.2. Launch Minecraft with the Forge profile, not the vanilla profile. If the mod still does not appear, try restarting Minecraft completely.
This usually happens due to incompatible Forge version or insufficient memory. Make sure you are using Forge for Minecraft 1.12.2 specifically. Try allocating more RAM to Minecraft (at least 4GB) in the launcher settings. Also remove any other mods that might conflict.
For Bedrock Edition, ensure you have enabled experimental gameplay in world settings and activated the behavior pack. For Java, make sure the mod is loaded by checking the Mods menu on the title screen. Try creating a new world if characters do not appear in an existing one.
Make sure Minecraft Bedrock Edition is installed on your device. On Android, try using a file manager to open the file and select Minecraft. On iOS, use the "Copy to Minecraft" option from the share sheet.
